Our specialities

  • Cassoulet. At Chez Alexandre, we prepare cassoulet like the original recipe of southern France: There is slow-cooked meat, pork skin and white beans. The dish is named after his ship, the cassole, a deep casserole, around the earthenware pot with sloping sides.
  • Sauerkraut. The famous Alsatian recipe with sausages and salted meats and charcuterie made in the traditional way at Chez Alexandre.
