"This kind of cuisine is refreshing because although it’s not a flashy cuisine. It is still a very traditional one, on its own. This ambiance in Alexandre reflects the look of the Brasserie owned by Mr Creton who synchronizes constantly every little detail like a conductor. It needs to be said, almost all the time I have been told that the service is excellent….but this time it is true, it’s kind of reassuring too……"

Robert Beauchemin

“…. it has become a brasserie like the Parisian one but with a pub on top. And it’s one of the most beautiful décor in Montreal…with the look and the cozyness"

"Not only the place is quite beautiful and the food excellent, but also the fries are worth the price of admission all by themselves."

Alain Creton directs with ease this friendly kind of Parisian “Brasserie”. The service is extremely professional. The Hostesses wear those little things that make them look very sexy (& make quiver the customers) which in a way seduces the clients who then will stay till the early hours for a beer or a glass of bubbles. It’s a good conversation and business place where many contracts are signed through Lunch or Dinner, while enjoying an extraordinary cuisine, yet simple but offered with a lot of technique and skills. Normally about 4 times a year , Fine Chefs from different parts of France come and participate, with their new recipes at the “Festival en Lumiere”, (which a culinary week ). And then it’s party time…  Not to be missed !."
